Stimată autoritate contractantă,
Cu tot respectul, dorim să vă aducem la cunoștință că, raportând cantitatea de cartușe originale solicitată la bugetul estimat, aceasta nu poate fi încadrată nici măcar în limita maximă admisă de +30% față de valoarea estimată.
În acest context, vă rugăm respectuos să reanalizați cerințele procedurii, fie prin reducerea cantității de cartușe originale solicitate, fie prin majorarea bugetului estimat, astfel încât operatorii economici să poată prezenta oferte conforme și competitive.
Vă mulțumim pentru înțelegere și așteptăm cu interes răspunsul dumneavoastră.
Ответ заказчика: Autoritatea contractantă precizează că nu se solicită cartușe originale. Se acceptă ofertarea de cartușe compatibile (analog/echivalente) pentru imprimantele Canon i-SENSYS X 1440i, cu condiția ca acestea să fie pe deplin compatibile cu echipamentele respective și să respecte toate cerințele tehnice prevăzute în documentația de atribuire.
În consecință, documentația de atribuire rămâne nemodificată.
