Article 1 Subject

The subject of the contract is: supply and delivery of the 8+1 seater car

The place of receipt of deliveries is 1 Moscovei Street, MD – 3100, Balti city, Republic of Moldova, the delivery deadline is November, 2026 and the applicable Incoterm is DDP .

1.2 The Contractor must strictly comply with the terms of the special conditions and the technical annex.

1.3 The goods subject to the contract must be accompanied by the spare parts described by the contractor in his offer, as well as the accessories and other items necessary for the use of the goods.

Article 2 Origin

The rules of origin of goods are defined in Article 10 of the Special Conditions.

Where necessary, the contractor must provide a certificate of origin for the goods at the latest when requesting provisional acceptance of the goods. Failure to comply with this condition may result in termination of the contract and/or suspension of payment.

Article 3 Price

3.1 The price of the supplies is that indicated in the financial offer (model in Annex IV). The maximum total price of the contract is EUR

3.2 Payments are made in accordance with the general and/or special conditions (Articles 26-28).

Article 4 Order of priority of specifications

The contract consists of the following documents, in order of priority:

contractual agreement;

special conditions

general conditions (Annex I);

technical specifications (Annex II [including clarifications before the deadline for submission of tenders and minutes of the information meeting/site visit];

technical offer (annex III);

budget breakdown (Annex IV);

[ specified forms and other relevant documents (Annex V) ];

The various documents that make up the contract are considered to explain each other; in cases of ambiguity or divergence, they will prevail in the order in which they appear above.
