compliance with the tirne lirnit for receipt of tenders).
By subrnitting a tender you accept to receive notification of the outcome of the procedure by electronic
means. Such notification shall be deemed to have been received by you on the date upon which the
contracting authority sends it to the electr"onic address you referred to in your offer.

The period during which a tender will remain valid and sliall not be modified in any respect is specified in
point 7 of the Instructions to Tenderers.
Any contact between tlie contracting authority and the tenderer during the procedure is forbidden, save in
exceptionally cases as foreseen in European legislationl.
