Bună ziua, conform punctului 19 din Anunțul de Participare nu este menționat că se va utiliza licitația eletronică la etapa Acord-cadru, dar este indicat că se va utiliza la etapa de atribuire a contractelor subsecvente. În același timp conform informației afișate pe platforma SIA RSAP (MTender) este indicat că va fi licitație electronică acum la Acord-cadru. Solicităm să actualizați informația de pe platformă în acest sens, utilizarea licitației electronice la această etapă nu este justificată. Mulțumim.
Ответ заказчика: Bună ziua, participarea la licitația electronică nu este o obigație, dar este un drept a operatorului economic, iar ofertele depuse vor fi evaluate conform cerințelor indicate în documentația de atribuire. Totodată, autoritatea contractantă va utiliza licitația electronică la atribuirea contractelor subsecvente.
