Измените объявления, разбейте продукты про лотам
Răspunsul autorității: Добрый день, Liceul Teoretic Olimpii Panov or Taraclia совместно с подведомственным учреждением разработали в таком виде лоты, по которым выгодно и удобно закупать продукцию. Законодательство не устанавливает условия закупающему органу относительно названия лота и перечень товаров в лоте, это прерогатива исключительно закупающего органа. В данном случае продукты питания распределены таким образом, как удобно заказать и получать в определенные сроки продукты питания закупающему органу.

У вас более 2271 кг мяса, производители не могут принять участие в связи с тем что вы все в один лот оформили. Складывается впечатление что вы имеете определенную выгоду в оформление тендера таким образом. Я думаю что примэрии выгоднее чтоб были цены ниже. Но так как вы выкладываете этого не будет.
