почему весь товар в одном лоте необходимо разделить лоты чтоб производители имели возможность участвовать тоже рыбу-мясо-яйцо так как нужно и соответственно у вас будет возможность закупить у производителя товар по цене ниже чем у перекупщика и сэкономите свой бюджет, иначе складывается мнение что есть личные интересы и лоты составлены под определенного экономического агента

вы говорите для всех, так выкладывайте документы таким образом чтоб имели возможность участвовать все. а не только те кто вас устраивает.
Răspunsul autorității: Не видим необходимости в выделении данных позиций в отдельные лоты.
Законодательство не устанавливает условия закупающему органу относительно названия лота и перечень товаров в лоте, это прерогатива исключительно закупающего органа. В данном случае продукты питания распределены таким образом, как удобно заказывать и получать в определённые сроки продукты питания закупающему органу.
