Motivul anulării
In temeiul prevederilor art. 71 alin. (1) lit. g) din Legea nr. 131/2015 privind achiziţiile publice, se anulează procedura de atribuire a contractului de achiziţii publică privind procedura nominalizată, deoarece autoritatea contractantă se află în imposibilitatea de a adopta măsuri corective fără ca acestea să conducă la încălcarea principiilor prevăzute la art. 7 din Legea indicată mai sus.
Anularea se referă la întreaga procedură. Statutul fiecărui lot este indicat în secțiunea „Loturi”.
