Bună ziua!!! Conform art.47 din legea nr.135 privind achiziţiile publice termenul de depunere este de cel puţin 14 zile. Vă rugăm respectuos să modificaţi perioada de depunere a ofertelor . Mulţumim anticipat !!!

Buna ziua. In caietul de sarcini f 5 punct. 6 CK19B, p.7 CK19A, p.8 CK21A - nu sunt date in norme pentru montare- surubi, spuma poliuretana, si restul materialelor pentru montarea ferestrelor si usilor, la manopera este dat doar muncitor de deservire, in p.9 CK21D nu este data nici manopera nici materialele pentru montare a usilor. Devizul a trecut verificarea? Cine este verificatorul devizului ? Aceste lucrari cu asa abordare nu pot fi indeplinite. Multumesc.
Ответ заказчика: Costul materialelor ( surubi, spuma poliuretana, si restul materialelor pentru montarea ferestrelor si usilor) sunt incluse in pretul usilor si a ferestrelor

Buna ziua! Va rog frumos sa publicati care este cunatumul % garantiei bancare pentru oferta si publicati rechizitele bancare pentru a prezenta garantia bncara pentru oferta.
De ce astfel de lucruri nu-si vad reflectare in anuntul de participare?

Stimata A.C. Cu tot respectul catre D-re ,dar acest proect este elaborat de un delitant in profesie si nu corespunde cerintelor elimentare. 1. Obiectul nu cred ca a fost supus expertrizei tehnice- atasati pe portal expertiza tehnica a salii de sport. 2. Proectul nu a fost supus verificarii . 3. Elaboratorul de devize a exclus o multime de materiale din normative , unile din ele fara nici o logica sau motivatie. De pilda cum poate fi lamurin excluderia din P.39 CG17D a fixatorului pentru consolidare si izolare a stratului suport innainte de pavare cu teracota? Despre care calitate esentiala poate merge vorba.Se exclude tabla plata la P-69 ,Se exclud chitul pentru rosturile de USB din P 24. , Se exclude apa din mortarul din amestec uscat din p54, Sau cum poate fi lamurit excluderia muncitorilor de la montaria timplariei si cine va duce raspunderia juridica , de montajul timplariei ????? si a.m.d. Nu mai vorbim de acoperis!!!!!!!!!!!??? Stimata A.C. -anulati aciasta procedura si elaborati un proect calitativ si o sa aveti reparatie calitativa.

Declaration of absence of conflict of interest and confidentiality
Conflict of interest
- I am aware of Article 24 of Directive 2014/24/EU on public procurement, which states that: "The concept of conflicts of interest shall at least cover any situation where staff members of the contracting authority or of a procurement service provider acting on behalf of the contracting authority who are involved in the conduct of the procurement procedure or may influence the outcome of that procedure have, directly or indirectly, a financial, economic or other personal interest which might be perceived to compromise their impartiality and independence in the context of the procurement procedure." to the best of my knowledge and belief I have no conflict of interest with the operators who have submitted a tender for this procurement, including persons or members of a consortium, or with the subcontractors proposed; there are no facts or circumstances, past or present, or that could arise in the foreseeable future, which might call into question my independence in the eyes of any party; if I discover during the course of the [project/evaluation] that such a conflict exists or could arise, I will inform the contracting authority without delay; I am encouraged to report a situation or risk of conflict of interest as well as any type of wrongdoing or fraud (i.e. whistleblowing), and if I do so, I should not be treated unfairly or be sanctioned; I understand that the contracting authority reserves the right to verify this information. — True
