Добрый день. Поясните пожалуйста 15% гарантия исполнения выполненных работ в сумме 319899,90лей вы вернете подрядчику через 10 лет????
Răspunsul autorității: Здравствуйте, гарантия добросовестного исполнения контракта -15 % от суммы заключенного контракта, будет возвращена подрядчику после окончательной приемки выполненных работ.
10 лет - это гарантия на выполненные работы.
