Îndeplinirea cerințelor din Anexa nr. 1
Anexa nr. 1
Cerințe suplimentare se vor include ca parte componentă a contractului:
1. Echipamentul propus trebuie să fie furnizat de producători recunoscuți mondiali (BRAND NAME).
2. Echipamentul propus trebuie să fie noi (non-refubrished) și nu fie mai vechi de 1 an de la data livrării.
3. Furnizorul trebuie să dețină un centru de deservire sau contract cu un asemeni centru de deservire.
4. Garanția echipamentelor livrate cade în răspunderea vânzătorului pe toată perioada de garanție definită în ofertă.
5. În caz de defecțiune a echipamentului furnizorul trebuie să asigure repararea elementelor defectate sau să dețină rezerve necesare pentru substituire lor în baza garanției. Deservirea în cazul unor neajunsuri sau defectări tehnice a utilajului are loc conform programului de lucru de către furnizor la Aparatul Central CNAS. Recepționarea și livrarea utilajului reparat în baza garanției se efectuează la sediul Aparatului Central CNAS.
6. Bunurile vor fi livrate cu transportul Vânzătorului și descărcate la depozitul aparatului central CNAS mun. Chișinău, str. Gherghe Tudor 3 .
7. Bunurile livrate urmează să fie însoțite de certificatul de origine și certificatul de atestare a calități echipamentului.

Buna ziua! Nu toți producătorii echipează aceste dispozitive în același timp cu DP si HDMI. Vă rugăm să oferiți posibilitatea de a furniza dispozitive cu două DP sau două HDMI. Multumim.
Ответ заказчика: Se acceptă propunerea DVS se modifică cerințele din specificația tehnică deplină în Documentația de atragere a ofertelor. Astfel, sintagma (1 x DisplayPort; 1 x HDMI) se modifică în sintagma (2 x porturi digitale (DisplayPort și/sau HDMI))

Declaration of absence of conflict of interest and confidentiality
Conflict of interest
- I am aware of Article 24 of Directive 2014/24/EU on public procurement, which states that: "The concept of conflicts of interest shall at least cover any situation where staff members of the contracting authority or of a procurement service provider acting on behalf of the contracting authority who are involved in the conduct of the procurement procedure or may influence the outcome of that procedure have, directly or indirectly, a financial, economic or other personal interest which might be perceived to compromise their impartiality and independence in the context of the procurement procedure." to the best of my knowledge and belief I have no conflict of interest with the operators who have submitted a tender for this procurement, including persons or members of a consortium, or with the subcontractors proposed; there are no facts or circumstances, past or present, or that could arise in the foreseeable future, which might call into question my independence in the eyes of any party; if I discover during the course of the [project/evaluation] that such a conflict exists or could arise, I will inform the contracting authority without delay; I am encouraged to report a situation or risk of conflict of interest as well as any type of wrongdoing or fraud (i.e. whistleblowing), and if I do so, I should not be treated unfairly or be sanctioned; I understand that the contracting authority reserves the right to verify this information. — True
