Prin solicitarea operatorului economic SRL ~Simbol Solutions~ parvenită pe adresa personală la data de 01.08.2022: - Bună Ziua, stimate autoritate publică compania noastră vă aduce la cunoștință despre indisponibilitatea de a efectua lurarile conform licitație Achiziției comercială cu nr 21060076 din motiv că specificația tehnică nu coincide cu necesitățile reale care au fost constatate după deplasarea echipei noastre la fața locului,grosimea copacilor este mai mare decât cea indicată . Prețul propus nu poate fi compatibil cu cheltuielile reale care vor fi efectuate.
Oferta comercială a celui de-al doilea operator economic este foarte ridicată.

Conflict of interest
