Grupul de lucru a luat decizia de a anula procedura de achiziție, deoarece oferta "Pharmony" SRL nu corespunde cerințelor solicitate în caietul de sarcini, iar oferta "Ancotec-Sistem" SRL, prin valoarea inclusă în propunerea financiară, depăşește valoarea fondurilor alocate pentru îndeplinirea contractului de achiziţii publice.
Grupul de lucru a luat decizia de a anula procedura de achiziție, deoarece oferta "Pharmony" SRL nu corespunde cerințelor solicitate în caietul de sarcini, iar oferta "Ancotec-Sistem" SRL, prin valoarea inclusă în propunerea financiară, depăşește valoarea fondurilor alocate pentru îndeplinirea contractului de achiziţii publice.
