În temeiul art.71 alin. (1) lit. f) a Legii nr.131/2015 privind achizițiile publice
Argumentare: ofertele depuse, deşi pot fi luate în considerare, nu pot fi comparate din cauza modului neuniform de abordare a soluţiilor tehnice şi/sau financiare (sunt identice).
