Reieșind din caietul de sarcini concluzionăm că tot volumul de lucrări urmează a fi executat într-o localitate, sau a fost omisă poziția de dislocare a utilajelor de la un punct de lucru la altul?
Ответ заказчика: Lucrările de întreținere si reparație curenta a drumurilor local, se execută conform programului și planului de întreținere și reparație a drumurilor locale, în denumirea loturilor este indicat indicele drumurilor pe care urmează să fie efectuate lucrările de întreținere. Dislocarea utilajului se include prețul utilajului conform normativelor în vigoare vezi CPL.01.04-2012Instrucţiuni privind determinarea cheltuielilor de deviz pentru funcţionarea utilajelor de construcţii pct. 4.1și 4.8.2

Declaration of absence of conflict of interest and confidentiality
Conflict of interest
