как вы считали сметы ,если в обновленном варианте вы увеличили объемы и еще добавили виды работ,а стоимость увеличили на 11245 ?это не реально ,либо ваш сметчик внес изменения в ресурсы и коэффициенты сметы .
Ответ заказчика: Pentru a omogeniza executarea lucrarilor si respecta pretul pentru executie al primului sector PC 0+00-PC2+00 finantat in cadrul programului Comunitatea Mea au fost schimbate cu locul citeva volume de lucrari si anume: In caietul de sarcini curent a fost transferat executia trotuarului catre primul sector iar in sectorul asta al doilea PC 2+00-PC 4+53.6 au fost aduse drumurile latrale si consolidarea santului cu pamint de aici a crescut si volumul de terasament. Astfel preturile sau egalat dar sa omogenizat procesul tehnologic.

Cind a fost facuta evaluarea valorii estimative? Dupa cum stiti preturile in ultima perioada au crescut foarte tare, astfel ca depasim foarte mult valoarea estimativa a proiectului! Faceti va rog o reevaluare a valorii estimative!

Поясните пожалуйста ,почему вы к позиции 11- DB19G которая подразумевает укладку асфальта BDA 22,4 крупного типа добавляете из позиции 14 асфальт мелкого типа .возможно там ошибка и хотела добавить асфальт к позиции 13 DB16H?

Согласны с вопросом об оценки сметы,либо цены у вас заложанны не верно ,либо мы чего то не знаем ,и есть какие то изменения в смете и ресурсах .данные вами объемы и соотношение цены ,нереальны

Conflict of interest
