În temeiul Legii 131 din 3.07.2015, art. 71 alin. _1_ lit ¬_ b) numărul de ofertanţi/candidaţi care întrunesc cerințele de calificare și selecție este mai mic decît numărul minim prevăzut pentru fiecare procedură, iar autoritatea nu a optat, conform prevederilor specifice, pentru continuarea procedurii de atribuire, și a Hotărîrii Guvernului nr 987 din 10.10.2018 punctul 34 În cazul în care a fost depusă o singură ofertă, licitația electronică nu are loc, iar grupul de lucru urmează să decidă atribuirea contractului de achiziții ofertantului sau repetarea procedurii de achiziție.
Argumentare: A participat un singur ofertant ÎCS "LUKOIL- Moldova" SRL și grupul de lucru a decis repetarea procedurii de achiziție. Au votat pentru aceasta pentru -5 , contra-0 , sau abținut -0
