Reiesind din criza economica mondiala, continua majorare a perturilor si instabilitatea creata va solicitam respectuos sa revedeti perioada de livrare. Oportun este a organiza procedurile pentru trimestru, chiar daca procesul este anevoios.
Ответ заказчика: AC organizeaza procedurile de licitatie tinind cont de personalul calificat. Pentru lotul de produse sezoniere perioada de livrare este de 01.01.2022-31.03.2022

Просим изменить период поставки продуктов питания. Прогнозировать на целый год абсолютно не реально, Цены меняются ежедневно, и только в сторону увеличения, говорить о какой -то стабильности невозможно. Экономические агенты не защищены и обязаны исполнять контракты даже если цена на товар повысилась в 2 раза ( к примеру : гречка, яйцо, растительное масло, капуста). Контракты на более короткий срок исполнятся на 100 % и по реальным ценам!
Ответ заказчика: AC pentru produsele sezoniere a inclus perioada de livrare ianuarie-martie 2022, anume din considerentul preturilor ridicate sau scazute.

Prețurile la moment se majoreaza la tot și este imposibil să se de-a un preț stabil,si luînd în considerație situația actuală riscați să rămineți si fără marfă,sunt produse care se importă.
Noi venim cu propuneri care sunt in avantajul ambelor parti.

Buna ziua!
Indicati va rog cantitatea p-u produse din carne si va rog mult sa va revedeti perioada de livrare p-u toti produsele, situatia economice nu este stabilitate din tara, preturile cresc zilnic si nu avem capacitatea de a prognoza preturile pentru o perioadă lunga de timp.

Buna ziua. Scoateti certificatul dat ca obligatoriu deoarece Activitatea in domeniul sigurantei alimentelor (carei ii apartine depozitzrea produselor alimentare) este supusa autorizarii sanitar veterinare cu eliberarea AUTORIZATIEI SANITARE DE FUNCTIONARE. Depozitarea produselor alimentare nu se regaseste in lista Lista activităților care se supun înregistrării sanitare veterinare de către Agenție. Consultati anexa Nr.6 a legii Nr. 221 din 19.10.2007 cu modificarile din a. 2021 Publicat : 22-01-2021 în Monitorul Oficial Nr. 13-20 art. 10.

Conflict of interest
- I am aware of Article 24 of Directive 2014/24/EU on public procurement, which states that: "The concept of conflicts of interest shall at least cover any situation where staff members of the contracting authority or of a procurement service provider acting on behalf of the contracting authority who are involved in the conduct of the procurement procedure or may influence the outcome of that procedure have, directly or indirectly, a financial, economic or other personal interest which might be perceived to compromise their impartiality and independence in the context of the procurement procedure." to the best of my knowledge and belief I have no conflict of interest with the operators who have submitted a tender for this procurement, including persons or members of a consortium, or with the subcontractors proposed; there are no facts or circumstances, past or present, or that could arise in the foreseeable future, which might call into question my independence in the eyes of any party; if I discover during the course of the [project/evaluation] that such a conflict exists or could arise, I will inform the contracting authority without delay; I am encouraged to report a situation or risk of conflict of interest as well as any type of wrongdoing or fraud (i.e. whistleblowing), and if I do so, I should not be treated unfairly or be sanctioned; I understand that the contracting authority reserves the right to verify this information. — True
